The time it takes to receive feedback depends on the time zone of the producer. TO be fair to the customer and provider we have a 24hr completion time form acceptance of the project file. This allows producers form all over the world to be able to work on projects and fit them into their schedules.

We think pay as you produce $ is fair and more flexible approach for both parties. You can buy one feedback session or a bundle. The are essentially credits and can be redeemed when you like
